With their children gone, Linda and George re-imagined their life. Linda quit her job teaching and George, a retired Air Force pilot, started cooking. They opened their first cooking school in Tuscany, Italy, then San Miguel de Allende, Mexico; and lastly, Havana, Cuba. More than anything, Linda and George love living like a local and experiencing life through food, fun and people!
